Arcana updates!

I've been slowly updating my generators, and it's the Arcane Implements generator's turn! Apart from cosmetic updates and updates to the about page, I've also added to the existing variables and included a whole new sentence, instructions for using the implement. These are deeply ominous; ignore them if you wish, but it may be more fun to ignore them at your peril...

What I have not done is fixed it. This generator, as I'm sure you all know, is very janky because I made it a very long time ago when I didn't really know what I was doing, and I don't really understand what I did, how, or why anymore. In my opinion, that jankiness is part of the charm, and if you don't want a beautiful wand from Skovlan made of rope and rope, you can always just generate a new item. (Though why would you not want the ropey wand?) So I have very deliberately not fixed anything, although the new content is better arranged, lmao.
